Hi Lykos, you have some really nice work here, the tones and contrast in the raven are wonderful, the magpie has a beautiful blue (draw is the correct word (-:) and there are some very nice parts to the eagle owl. Looking forward to seeing more from you.

Nice Magpie!

Chalk pastels? Get some fixing agent on these!

"To draw pastels", "To draw in pastels" is the phrasal verb I hope!

As in,

"These are some chalk pastels I've drawn."
"This is a chalk-pastel of a Magpie."

Guess which two respondents have a TEFL qualification?

Nice work Lykos!

Thank you nickderry and Phil for your nice comment!!!

Sorry Phil,

i learn for a long time ago english,a very long time ,i don`t now the right verb

and sometimes the online translator is :eek!:

Fixing Agent ,i take hairspray.

And i think i mean : These are some chalk pastels I've drawn."

I paint every picture with chalk.

But what the matter mean .....Guess which two respondents have a TEFL qualification?

????? :-C

friendly greetings Gaby

Sorry Gaby,

"To draw pastels/chalk-pastels" or "To draw in pastels/chalk pastels." Phrasal verb form.

http://www.phrasalverbdemon.com/index.html

I meant to help. TEFL refers to "Teaching English as a Foreign Language".
Nick teaches English as a foreign language, and I have a CELTA qualification. That's what I meant.
If you have any problems with what you want to say please PM me, and I will help your posts. Sorry if I confused you.
Also "fixing agent?" I meant a spray that fixes chalk-pastels and protects them from smudging.

Keep posting and beware the on-line translation sites!

@ solitary,thank you,the magpie have i paint for a while,but no Raven in full o:D

@ Phil ....Thank you so much :t:

I forgott (or forgett?) a lot of words and then i search .
Don`t say sorry,i confused myself |:$|

Now i`m on work and didn`t have any translator....puh.

And Fixing Agent ....yes,i simply take Hairspray

friendly greetings Gaby
