Hello, I sent an inquiry off to [email protected] in Chester, VA on 7-27-2011 but they have not responded. I did receive a copy of my inquiry only.

Is it typical to wait this long for support information?

Is there a better place to send my bins in for service?

Just check out their USA customer service, and use the toll free number. They are able to
handle things very well, I have found their customer service, experienced and very good.
