zeiss warranty (1 Viewer)

Have a pair of zeiss nightowls, the coatings are coming off the left objective and the interior has black greese coming out near the oculars, so the image when looking through them has a jaged edge, not a circular image. Problem is i called zeiss and They have the lifetime warranty but said They have no parts left for that model. What do u guys that has used their warranty think They Will do, they said Send them in anyway. There still useable as far as coating coming off but the gorra is Very noticeable.

I'm somewhat surprised about the parts issue because they have a good track record of repairing even older models. My guess is that your bins would benefit from whatever service (internal cleaning, adjust) that they might be able to perform even without replacement parts. I'd send them in for evaluation and service.
