Are these spiders identifiable?
The first two photos were of one found at night on a small web next to a hole in a willow/sallow in a damp scrub area near Weston-in-Gordano. The body length is approximately 9mm and the underside of the body has two pale longitudinal stripes. The striped legs were very obvious.
The third photo is of a tiny one - about 3mm with a dark red body - seen by day.
If not identiable, what features should be checked to help the identification.
