Hi i took this pict at hickling broad in norfolk uk it was late afternoon and unexpected so this is the best shot i got ,i am assuming its a marsh harrier any ideas ?

I agree with the others.

I tried to bring out more detail with some photoshop work, but it really didn't work.

The best way I've found to identify them is how they hold their heads when they fly.
