#1. Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
#2. Orange-crowned Warbler for me. Tennessee should have a shorter tail and more compact shape, for starters.
#3. Light and distance are tough, but I think this is a Red-tailed Hawk. Color seems fine (thought tough to tell for sure), and shape looks wrong for Swainson's. I would think the wings should look more pointed/tapered (sort of like a Broad-winged Hawk), even when the bird is soaring.

Agree. Good call with the hawk, you made me take a 2nd look
