Need suggestions for harness for Leica (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have been looking for a harness fo my Leica Ultravid .
Was wondering if anyone could offer suggestions / advice on what works best.
What are the advantages of webbing over elastic?
The ones on Amazon seem to use elastic ties. Are there ones that don't use plastic ties?
