Marsh Tit or Willow Tit (1 Viewer)

Saw these two today at Leighton Moss RSPB. Are they both Marsh Tits?

The pale mark on the base of the upper mandible clinches it also.
According to what I've read the marsh tit tends to have a more clearly marked bib whereas in the willow tit it is diffuse and less precisely demarked
