Zeiss 65, with Astro? (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have a Fl65, with the 15-45x lens, and want to acheive 60x. Is this possible using the Astro adapter, and a 20x60x Pentax XF Zoom eyepiece?

Would this be a waterproof setup? ( I mostly backpack in rough country)

thanks for any info,

It's not going to be waterproof, I should think. The practical difference between 45x and 60x is all but inconsequential in my experience. The image will also be darker and affected more by atmospheric and heat haze.
