Cormorant and Shag, October, Portugal (1 Viewer)

Hi again,

On these cliffs on the coast i believe I saw both Great Cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) and European Shag (Phalacrocorax aristotelis). Bird number 4 from the left I think is a clear Cormorant whereas those in the right side looks good for Shag to me.

Seen near Peniche in Portugal mid last October.

Do you see both species as well?

Best, Peter
