During the Christmas Bird Count today, we observed these birds on the Furnace Creek Golf Course. They were first observed at 0736 Pacific Daylight time. No wind, 100% cloud cover, 50-55 degrees Fahrenheit. They were present through out the count.

Please help identify to the correct subspecies (or species). There was a lack of agreement within the various groups who observed them. Thank you for the assistance. (Debate was between Cackling or Aleutian or some intergrade thereof.)
