Tawny owls in Newcastle area? (1 Viewer)

Hi all! I was wondering if any geordie birders know where some tawny owls hang out in the Newcastle area. I'd really love to see some fledglings if I can, but have no idea where to look for adults or babies. My girlfriend loves owls and if I could show her one in the near future we'd both be thrilled.

Thanks!

The fledgelings will be full-grown by now, Tawnies are early nesters (I usually see newly fledged young in early May)
