Mrs Ludmila Kuchma, wife of the President and an active Ukrainian First Lady, has been appointed a Unesco Ambassador.
The Biosphere Reserve of the Danube Delta is a Unesco Man & Biosphere project + Mrs. Kuchma is a Unesco Ambassador = “Let’s Lobby Ludmila”!
