MOORS

The south westerlies went to NW and back to SW with heavy rain on and off all afternoon. At one point the temperature increased to 17 degrees which coincided with maximum volume from the songsters, but generally everything was lying low and only emitting subdued bursts. Duck numbers had slightly increased with 4 teal (pr + 2 fems), 2 male shovelers, male shelduck, 40 + tufted, 3 water rail called around the causeway.
