Hi :bounce: :bounce: ,
the 13 agust 2004. I was very lucky to saw one of the very scarce bird of Morocco in the Sidi Battache cork oak (Quercus suber ) forest 40 kms south-est of Casablanca. the double spurred Francolin is a tropical bird witch occurs only in a few localities and the last ramaning populations of western palearctic live there (33°43'N-6°36W).
Other species can be seen Black shouldered Kite, orphean Warbler, Black-crowned Tchagra, Thekla Lark, Short-toed Eagle, ..etc
cheers
