Has anyone any experience with these binos? They claim a 6.5 degree FOV, but as they're discontinued, I'm wondering if the optics are up to scratch.

Pentax made a 9x63 as well and I believe they were produced in the 1990's. Pentax said they are not phase coated. The ones I looked at were very heavy...so much so I passed buying them.
 
Sancho i just reviewed this bino in CN bino forum (pop over & read)

fov -i est a bit less than 6.5 -maybe 6.3
overall glass is very good , low CA & well controller abberration
