2 BOP's, S-E Finland (1 Viewer)

I photographed these two raptors yesterday at South-East Finland. Pics are bad, but it would be great if somebody can ID what they are.
My first thought for the bigger raptor (3 pictures) was Buzzard but now I think it is probably Marsh Harrier...
The second one is Falco, but is it a Merlin or Kestrel(or something else)?

Sorry no other images from the second bird.

But I have one more for the first bird. It was this picture what makes me think it would be a Harrier (long tail), but I didn't put it here first cos it's so blurt.
