British Dragonfly Society is not too bad - for a website - if you want to twitch rare dragonflies RBA is better (other news services are available but I don't know how their non-bird news service compares).

I have a website which showcases photos of dragonflies and damselflies of Kent but other species are noted too

I also have a blog which is updated regularly including my sightings and photos. (www.marcheath.blogspot.com)
