Newbie - Where to start

Hello,
Where would I find information about birding in New Jersey? I'm particularly interested in chestnut-sided warbler, gray catbird, golden-winged warbler and birds that live in successional forests.

Thanks,
Birdseeker7

Hi Birdseeker and a warm welcome to you on behalf of the Staff and Moderators.

Have a look in Opus, there's several articles for places to visit in New Jersey.

Hi seeker, I am new here as well! I live in New Hampshire now, but grew up in New Jersey. From what I hear you need to take a trip to Cape May this fall, it is apparently one of the best birding locations in the US. I'll be down that way in early October as well. Enjoy!
