Closest-to-home list (1 Viewer)

With google earth's measuring tool, it's (theoretically!) possible to measure distances to an accuracy of 0.1 millimetres - or more realistically, to 100 metres or a kilometre - between any two points on the globe.

I've got a list of all the species I've seen, in order of the closest-to-home at the top (top equal are Common Swift, Song Thrush and House Sparrow, all in the house) down to the furthest, White-throated Swift at 8800 km from home in Mexico.

It's always satisfying when a bird jumps up the list; the latest to do so was Spectacled Warbler, from 2701 km in Morocco to 273 km in Norfolk :t:

Anyone else got a closest-to-home list?
