Printer colors completely off (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

Would someone be so kind to point me to someplace that can help me configure my printer preperly again? I have a Canon Pixma 9000 which used to print beautifully. But as of late the colors are all wrong. Everything is too purple, too dark, too strong in contrast. I am at my wits' end here. I am starting to suspect my replacement ink wasn't authentic.

Thanks in advance.

Misha

Did you try printing the "test" page to see if your printer heads need cleaning? Clogged heads cause weird printing colors. I would try that and clean the heads if necessary (it's easy to clean the heads - just click the Clean button and it does it).
