Colour-ringed Jackdaw (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Noticed a Jackdaw in Cambridge city centre yesterday with plastic rings in a combination of yellow above red on right, and yellow above white on left. There was no metal ring as far as I could see. I can't find a project on cr-birding.org that matches this. Anyone know who would be interested in receiving the record?
