I think this is a Juvenile Cooper's Hawk.
Right?

Hello Marvin.

Try Red-tailed hawk, with it´s charateristic breast band. A Buteo and juvenile it is.

If the wings had been visible - we would have seen that they are longer - that is to say - reaches almost to the tail tip - much shorther in an Accipiter - Coopers or Sharp-chinned Hawk - now mentioning a few characters.
