Another from today... don't really have any ideas (except maybe Red Faced Cisticola?) Not sure if the pics are good enough with this one...

Taken near a small stream.

Look at the 3rd image on this blog. I find this bird strikingly similar to your bird. Assuming the determination is correct it should be a Lazy Cisticola. Iris colour and short tail suggest it is a juvenile which would explain the pale impression...
