Jobu black widow problem (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Jobu's technical help is useless. The little silver thumb screw that locks the up and down movement of the head fell out. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to fix/reinsert it? It won't just push back in because it's come free of the spring that is presumably inside.

Thanks.

Hi,

you might want to repost this in the photographic tripod subforum of the camera forum... not sure if many use a gimbal with a spotter... or maybe a moderator can please move it?

That being said, if you have the BWG-LW version, the silver locking screw looks like it goes into a hex nut welded to the outside of the vertical joint and just presses on the axle...

In that case it should be easy to put back in unless the thread has been torn out...

Or do you have another model?
