Hi all,
It is clearly a Marsh/Willow Tit, and seems to be the former due to the glossy crown, 'proportionate' head etc...but here's where you say that it was taken in the US and is some sort of chickadee!

Not a chickadee, Harry - they all have much wider-based bibs, even more so than Coal Tit. I'm thinking Marsh for this one too.
