recently I was out golfing and noticed a black bird with a wide red stripe on each wing. I have only seen this type of bird in the area I live in one other time. The bird is about the size of a robin. It's all black with an area on is wings bright red/orange. I was hoping someone here may know what type of bird this is. I live in central Illinois. I've always really loved birds glad I found this forum. Thanks for any help!

Thanks, Bo
