Greenland Wheatear,Wales? (1 Viewer)

A mate (Luke,BF member) reported seeing a possible Greenland Wheatear yesterday.I was up at the place he saw it with him today and managed a couple of (poor) pics.The bird was noticeably larger than our usual Wheatears and the buff on the breast seems a lot darker.Any thoughts?Excuse the pics as they are a heavy crop and were handheld at iso 1600 in heavy fog.Thanks.

I think it'll have to stay as a 'possible'. The plumage looks unremarkable to me and anyway, from what I recall they are only safely identified on biometrics.
