Which Falcon? Nevada, USA (2 Viewers)

A fly-over my backyard in Nevada this past December. We're north of the city in an unban/suburban setting. There's been Red-tails, Kestrals, Peregrine, and other Hawks in the area...

I shot this just for the ID thinking it was a Kestral, but now the markings make me think it's a Prairie Falcon. What do you think?
