Many-colored Rush Tyrant M/F? Peru,South America (1 Viewer)

Images captured late October, 2017 while visiting pantanos de villa, Peru. Think this might be a female but would like some help with the ID

This is the race in western Peru, libertatis, that has whiter underparts and finer supercilium stripe.
 
The females are slightly less bright - I'm not sure how useful that is unless you have a M/F pair in front of you!
