Alright, time to start up my Maryland list for my third full year of birding! I have twins (!) coming in a couple of weeks, so this might be a slower year for birding. Still, I think a solid list is attainable, with many good birds to show for it.

Here are my last totals.

1) Northern Cardinal (Very first bird of the year)

I chose this spot as the main spot to fill in birds for my year list, and it paid off well.

40) Cape May Warbler B :) LIFER (has been visiting the Park and Ride for almost two weeks - an extraordinary bird for Maryland in the winter. There has also been a Nashville Warbler at the same spot, but couldn't find it while I was there.
