Flycatcher? North West Thailand (1 Viewer)

I found two of these birds fluttering around dead shrubs, I have an feeling they are a Flycatcher, but I'm not sure. It was right on the border of Laos at Phu Chi Pha (sp) National Park. At about 1,500m.
