It looks a little like an advertisement, but is horribly interesting and weird - aerial shots using kind of drone - Phantom Quadcopter:

The device transmission range is of up to 984.25' (300m).

Hello locustella,

No joke. Read this:

It has some very practical uses but I am not certain how high one's right to privacy extends. Here in Manhattan, helicopters and even blimps, do fly lower than 300 metres.

Such copter if "outranged" can hit someone's head and kill if lost and depleted from power or gas whatevet it uses. But anyway that is fantastic and useful toy.
I was thinking once about using a small baloon on the rope, but only theoretically.
