Aerial photography using remote chopper (1 Viewer)

It looks a little like an advertisement, but is horribly interesting and weird - aerial shots using kind of drone - Phantom Quadcopter:

It has some very practical uses but I am not certain how high one's right to privacy extends. Here in Manhattan, helicopters and even blimps, do fly lower than 300 metres.
