Word of warning.
If you do install this firmware update (as I did) you might well loose many of your custom options which will reset to the default. If you are not aware you may end up shooting with the camera not doing what you expect it to.
If there is a note about this, with the update, I missed it and ended up with the file numbers going back to 001 rather than the sequential setting I had before.
Just thought it might be worth any D2X users being aware.
