Finally got a photo of this bird! It's definately a bird of prey ... I'm thinking a hawk. It's the size of a hawk or falcon.

Any ideas as to which type? Thanks.

actually i was thinking the same thing. The giz of the bird doesnt quite fit an osprey...maybe its the angle?

It´s the angle! Blow 1 & 3 up and "flip" quickly between them and you´ll see!
