Lima Bird IDs, Peru. (1 Viewer)

I took these photos in December 2011, at the Pantanos de Villa Reserve in Lima. I needed help identifying these few birds I saw there.

4. These were a few Neotropic Cormorants here, but one of them looked a bit different, with a lot of white in the front and on the head.
