Gull(smithsonianus) ID - South Korea (1 Viewer)

Can you help ID this gull please?
Photographed them in east side beach, South Korea, 1month ago.

The photos suggest that the inner webs of the primaries are not quite jet-black; they seem to have a greyish wash over them. Also, there is a broad white tongue-tip on p6.
However, flight shots would be needed to exclude a pure Vega Gull with certainty.
