Two for confirmation from Crete, Greece (1 Viewer)

Save the Egyptian Vulture in Greece
The first and second pictures are of the same bird, I think a Spotted Flycatcher, but it did not look quite right with the bill looking broader and the wings drooped and a slight white eye ring, I did not notice any streaking either !

The second I think is a Black-eared Wheatear ...melanoleuca autumn fresh, but the tail looks more like an isabellina or deserti
