possible marsh harrier (1 Viewer)

took this pretty quickly over marshland on shore lough neagh N.Ireland.
The bird in question was at the time quartering pretty low down. Roughly 6ft or so above the ground though at the time of the photo I had been spotted and it moved higher and further away.
Wing span at least 36" red underneath and pretty large bird. The photo was taken hand held with a 70-300 zoom lens at max zoom. Unfortunately pretty blurred and also bird was at least 300m away but hopefully enough fetail for an identification.

poor identification skills from a beginner went for marsh harrier but given my inexperience I am more than happy to agree with hen harrier. I will try for a better picture over next few days. Thanks for the opinions the help in an accurate identification is much appreciated.
