Madagascar - backpack-birding on a budget. (1 Viewer)

Thanks to some rather foul weather over Easter, I managed to find the time to finish my trip report from Madagascar in August 2015 here.

Not a very long trip list, but as nearly 80 % of the birds were endemics, I'm certainly not complaining, and doing it backpacking-style - public transport, cheap hotels and guesthouses, 'dining out' on streetfood - was no better or worse, than what I've tried in other places in Africa.

Enjoy

Jens
