Sending Big Picture Files by Email, please Help? (1 Viewer)

I need to send some pictures for publication by email. I knew I wouldn't be able to email all the pictures in one go. But I can't even send one!!! Pictures have to be sent unedited, original size etc and 300dpi. The first picture I tried to send was 15.8 MB. I am using a Macbook Pro laptop.

I also tried to send someone an iphone video by email, can't do that either!

Can someone kindly give me advice on how I send these by email?

I don't want to pay, so need a free service to send these files. If I have to pay, then I might as well burn them onto a DVD and post!

Cheers

Most email accounts have a file size limit of a couple of meg.
The thing to do is to upload the files to a free cloud service, such as Dropbox, Box, Google drive etc and then "share" the files or the folder that they are in, that will generate a link that you can email to the folk who can download the files at their leisure. As you are using a Mac the files may already be on your iCloud, depends on your settings, but I'm not sure how you go about share things that are on iCloud.
