Celestron regal 65F-ED and canon eos (1 Viewer)

Hello all
I have a celestron scope and a canon eos camera and can't work out how to 2 connect together

I have boout t-rings and they fit the camera but there is no way to attach to the eyepiece.

I bought a 42mm lens adapter that goes over the eyepiece but this is a mile too small

Getting frustrated spending money on the wrong things and celestron tech support won't reply to ticket after 2 weeks of asking :C

Can anyone offer some advice please
