Tanager in Columbia City, OR (1 Viewer)

I need help in identifying this lovely bird. It was spotted on my patio going after a may fly. It looks to be some type of tanager (Western?), but the black spot under its beak has me stumped a bit. Any help is appreciated.

Those wingbars are a clear indicator of Western Tanager. I think the spot on the chin is just a disarrayed feather.
