Bird and squirrel lover.
This is a new bird to my yard, the size is about 2-3 times bigger than a House Sparrow or House Finch.

Well, that certainly makes sense, since it was among male Red Winged Blackbirds, I just assumed the females had same coloring as the males.

female RWBB drove me crazy too the first time I saw one then the RW cocks sorted it out for me. The migrating hens always arrive after the males so you don't see both sexes together at first.
