Tern - NW Florida coast (1 Viewer)

I've tried to ID this tern but am having trouble with the eye patch as opposed to black cap and nape. I've found a couple of possibilities for winter plumage but nothing definitive.

So I'll ask you guys once again. Any help appreciated.
