hi
i want to buy an nd grad filter for my d50 52mm lens.i cant find any advice on which would be best for sunsets ie 2,4,8 .can anyone help me please

For sunsets, I think that 2 is enough. For harsh daylight, 4 should do.
Keep in mind though that ND grad is less effective on DSLRs with crop factor due to the narrower FOV.
