ED50 Angled, Body Only... where are they available in the US (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Can anyone direct me to sources in the US where I can purchase a Nikon ED50 Angled Body only, no eyepiece?

I'm finding the body and eyepiece combo, but not the body only.

Is there any US after-market for the 13-30 eyepiece and how much might it sell for?

I'm looking to part with my ED50 straight and replace with the angled version. I have another eyepiece I prefer, so just need the body only.
