I do not agree with the key as per today entry on Heliodoxa jacula henryi as Lawrence wrote in his OD:

I have named this species in compliment to Prof. Joseph Henry, the learned Secretary of the Smithonian Institution.

So the dedication was for Joseph Henry (1797–1878) and not for Thomas Charlton Henry (1825-1877). In this case The Eponym Dictionary of Birds is correct.
