Papua NG offers many nice birds (Paradise birds among others), but this small one I found difficult to ID.

Rufous-naped Bellbird in the new money, though IOC has not altered the name despite reallocating the family! Both the NG Field Guides use the new name. it is often seen on the ground like this and is puzzling if not in full plumage
 
Thanks very much. Rufous-naped Bellbird looks very reasonable. I am using Priceton Field guide for New Guinea and indeed the image of the of the juvenile is quite resembling.
