Valjevo, Serbia, 220 m above sea level. December 4th, 2016.
On a steep northern slope of deciduous forest of Carpinus betulus, Quercus cerris etc. in river canyon.
In a sparse group.
Cap diameter more than 10 cm.

Hi there,

This is Clitocybe geotropa, one of the larger 'funnels' that seems to persist until quite late in the season.
